Gravimetric Dosing Mixing System under WalthMac is a weighing and
mixing system.It is an auxiliary equipment for precise batching and mixing of
multi-component raw materials.Materials of different components are
added to different storage hoppers,The material passes through the
storage hopper to the weighing box for weighing, and then enters
the mix chamber for blending.The entire process is based on preset
formula, which are automatically processed by the system's adaptive
algorithms.

- Air Source Processor works as converting compressed air into
kinetic energy
- The solenoid valve works as providing kinetic energy
- The display control unit works as displaying the cutting accuracy
of each component
- The cylinder works as controlling the knife valve for each silo's
feeding

Installing Gravimetric Dosing Mixing System with an adapter on the
extruder ,this method needs to convey raw materials once from
storage to system by vacuum loader.
Installing the Gravimetric Dosing Mixing System on the floor with a
platform,there will convey raw materials twice ,first step is from
storage to system by vacuum loaders,second step is from the bottom
hopper of Gravimetric Dosing Mixing System to vacuum loader upon
the material hopper which set on the extruder.
