Powder Feeder Machine under WalthMac is a dynamic system, which can
control and modify dosing volume automatically to ensure feeding in
uniform constant. The precision error rating range at ±0.5%.It's
applicable for for extruder/blown molding/injection line.
2.System Principle
Powder Feeder Machine adopts integrated weighing mechanism of
material hopper and conveyor.The high precision weighing component
can monitor the weight losing of material in per unit time when
system start working on feeding.Compared with setting
value,caculate the difference then to adjust the screw speed of
powder doser to make actual feeding as same as setting value.
