Principle:
The Gravimetric doser is used for pipe wall thickness control for
plastic pellet extrusion process. According to the preset meter
weight/extrusion output value, the system will adjust the screw speed and haul off speed in real
time based on its adaptive algorithm to achieve the real-time control of the pipe thickness.And the system will keep the wall
thickness constant at the minimum value,that will greatly reduce costs.

- Plastic Pipe/ Cables / Optical Cables/ Plastic Film
(By controlling the speed of screw and haul off,realize adjusting
pipe wall thickness in real time. )
