Pipe Wall Thickness Measuring Instrument under WalthMac. It is the latest product of WalthMac after years of research and
continuous improvement. Our pipeline wall thickness measuring
instrument can measure various plastic pipeline systems with
diameters ranging from 0.25mm to 1600mm. Especially for products
with stable pipeline quality requirements such as gas pipeline,
water supply pipeline and drainage pipeline, our detection system
can realize online real-time measurement of pipeline wall
thickness, diameter, eccentricity, non-circular ratio and other
data.

Multi-layer single-layer measuring function are optional. The
maximum measuring layers up to 3 layers. (not contain the glue
layers)
7.The Installation
After the vacuum cooling tank cools the plastic pipe, installing a
scanning box(Pipe Wall Thickness Measurement System) to measure the
thickness of the pipe and detect whether the product has defects
using ultrasound.
